Top Sound Productions is pleased to sponsor the 2006 Top
Sounding Original Music Contest, now accepting applications through October 31st, 2006.
This year's contest will have three winners that receive the
following prizes:

Last year's contest made it difficult for us to choose a
winner due to the quality of all the artists that entered. So of course we look
forward to having the same difficult choice this year!
To Enter the Contest:
- Make a recording (as best quality as you can) of your songs
(3 maximum) on tape or CD.
- Send the entry
form (requires Adobe Reader to Print), the
tape/CD, a readable copy of lyrics, and the $15.00 entry fee (check or money order, no
cash please) to:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Original music may be submitted only, no cover
songs. Incomplete entries or those containing non-original music will be disqualified. A
valid mailing address and phone number must be provided or application will be
disqualified. All applications must be postmarked by October 31st, 2006. Decision will be
announced on or before December 31st, 2006 via e-mail to all applicants and posted on the
Top Sound Productions website. All applications will be judged based on the quality of
lyrics, melody, and groove of the songs. Winning applicants may use studio time prizes
towards use of any of Top Sound Productions mobile and in-house recording, mixing and
mastering studio services. Mobile recording services are limited to a 50 mile radius of
Raleigh NC. All studio time services are by appointment only and must be used by December
31st, 2007. All judgements and decisions made by the contest judge(s) and Top Sound
Productions are final. All other rights are reserved. Entry fee is non-refundable. Contest
is open to anyone who is a legal resident of the United States. For applicants under the
age of 18 please get your parent’s approval first. This offer is void where
prohibited by law. For the winning applicants, studio time is provided in exchange for the
right of Top Sound Productions to use the recorded/mastered songs for studio
promotional/demo purposes. All songwriters/artists must be available to sign a waiver
granting Top Sound Productions these rights |
